Mvmt, the workshop

"MVMT, THE WORKSHOP is truly like no other. The space that Abba created for all of us dancers was simply magical.  At Movement, I felt like I could not only be myself fully, but also dip deep and discover new things about myself.  I truly felt safe to express, explore, and create connections with everyone!  No one held back and we all transformed tremendously by the third day!  This experience is freeing like no other and I hope you can experience it too one day."
